Please note that Tamika’s appearance fee starts at $25,000 plus applicable travel expenses (roundtrip airfare, hotel accommodations, and ground transportation). Due to high demand and limited availability, discounted rates are not available.

While Tamika strives to engage with as many groups as possible, her availability is limited. To be considered for an appearance, please complete the form below. Requests must be submitted 6–8 weeks prior to your event date.
Once your request has been received, a representative will review it and contact you if the engagement can be accommodated. Please review the following guidelines carefully before submitting your request.

All appearance requests must be submitted through the online form below with all required fields completed. Please note that we do not accept requests by form letter, fax, email, or mail.
Due to the limited number of available appearances and the high volume of requests received, it is not possible to accommodate every inquiry. To help us in scheduling, please submit your request at least six (6) weeks prior to your event date.
Event coordinators should consider their request tentative until official confirmation is received. While confirmation may not be possible until one week before the event, every effort will be made to provide timely updates once your request has been reviewed.
Depending on the nature of the request, appearance fees and travel expenses may apply.
